We are seeking motivated and curious interns to join our AI & Digital Transformation Team to support our company’s AI adoption journey within the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) workflow.

Key Responsibilities | 主要职责：
Work with the IT and business teams to analyze and document existing EMS workflows
与IT及业务团队合作，分析并记录现有的EMS业务流程
Assist in identifying repetitive and rule-based tasks suitable for AI or automation
协助识别可由AI或自动化处理的重复性、规则性任务
Conduct research and provide recommendations on AI agents, workflow tools, or automation platforms
调研并提出AI代理、流程工具或自动化平台的使用建议
Assist in building and testing simple AI workflows or agents
协助构建并测试简单的AI工作流程或代理程序
Prepare clear documentation, flowcharts, and demo materials for internal use

Join internal design and brainstorming sessions

Preferred Qualifications | 任职要求
Background in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related disciplines
计算机科学、信息系统、工程类或相关专业背景
Familiarity with Python, APIs, or automation/low-code platforms is a plus
熟悉 Python、API 或 自动化 / 低代码平台者优先
Basic knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) or AI agents preferred

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
