Publicity Department

Propaganda Department is a functional department to carry out students' Ideological and political self-education and manage and use students' media. Understand the party's and state's guidelines for ideological and political education, and assist the party and League organizations in carrying out ideological and moral, scientific and cultural publicity. Responsible for completing the daily publicity tasks of the college. Around the central work and various activities of the school at all stages, coordinate the propaganda departments of each hospital, and carry out publicity and image design work in a unified pace.

1. Be responsible for publicizing the external image of the Association (designing relevant business cards, meeting clothes, work cards, invitation letters, etc.);

2. Be responsible for organizing and carrying out various publicity activities (assisting in setting up stalls, on-site decoration, stage layout, etc.);

3. Coordinate with other functional departments to publicize, package and promote various activities (making posters, flyers, banners, PPT design, video production, publicity props and other publicity materials);

4. Recycle, manage and manage posters, banners and other publicity materials, carefully keep and use publicity materials, and adhere to the principle of strict economy;

5. Manage the websites of the League Committee and student union and upload the news. (manage and update the website, microblog and blog of the College of Mechanical Engineering);

6. Responsibilities of correspondents in our department: responsible for updating the microblog of the College of mechanical engineering. The updated contents include the latest work status of the Propaganda Department, as well as the latest developments of the activities the Department has helped to carry out recently;

7. Planning and publicity. Plan out good propaganda ideas, strive to be bold and innovative, in line with the current situation;

6. Through various forms, we can transmit the work information to the teachers and students of the whole college, and promote the contact and exchange with the student union, the student union of each college and the students.
