External Relations Department

The external liaison department is the window for the external contact of the student union, the main source of income of the Youth League Committee and the student union, and the link of external contact. Through the contact with other colleges and universities, we can learn advanced experience, open up a new situation of student work, and make exploration and research for the reform and innovation of student work. To provide opportunities and channels for social practice and social service for students, and better combine theory with practice. Organize the friendship and exchange activities of all departments. The main work is as follows:

1. Provide students with opportunities for social practice and open a work study window for them;

2. To solve the problem of sponsorship for various activities held by the Youth League Committee and student clubs;

3. Maintain a long-term and friendly relationship of mutual help and mutual assistance with other brother colleges

and universities;

4. Take the responsibility of external publicity of mechanical engineering college, let more people know the good development of our college, and promote our school to get more social recognition;

5. Communicate, contact and communicate with other students, organizations and teachers, report work regularly at department meetings, and accept the guidance of the Presidium and teachers. Be responsible for inviting guests and distributing invitation letters for each activity;

6. Find the right merchants to understand the price of the materials and props, negotiate with the merchants and purchase the materials and props.
